· To answer patients telephonic queries for various testing or donation purpose.
· To attend and handling phone calls from indoor/outdoor patients and scheduling appointments for the drawing/collection of blood samples from the patient’s premises as part of “Free Home Sampling Services”.
· To ensure customer satisfaction by providing required information in timely manner.
· Stay up to date to all lab events and happenings.
· To enter the record of each sample in computer system and to ensure the correct marking of each sample with computer generated code.
· Send Lab reports to customers through email.
· Schedule home sampling cases as required.
Skills
Groomed Personality
Able to handle workload and stress.
knowledge of Sindhi and Pashto Language is preferable.
