Accounts Executive

Chughtaiz - The Trendsetters is seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in DHA Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, excellent organizational skills, and specific experience in the retail business. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Transactions:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in the documentation of financial transactions.
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to management for decision-making.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for external audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, with specific experience in the retail business.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel.
