- Assist CEO and the directors on administrative, maintenance and hiring matters
- Manage office supplies stock
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Maintain the standard of cleanliness
- Look after all the repair and maintenance of the office building and equipment
- Hire/sustain maintenance vendors
- Assist HR in job postings and filling us desired positions
- Ensure Staff (office boys, cleaning crew) is working at full potential.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
