Chughtaiz Pvt. Ltd. is a well-respected executive firm focused on permanent placement, is currently looking for a permanent/direct hire Quantity Surveyor in Lahore with following Job details:
Candidate will report to the Manager and will manage day to day surveying activities, cost analysis, maintain and update client’s record, and other assigned tasks. This is a role that will require you to work on your assign duties with the expectation of high standards.
Major Job Responsibilities:
· Undertake cost analysis for upcoming projects
· Assist in establishing a client’s requirement and undertake feasibility studies
· Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
· Practical involve in procurement strategy
· Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
· Measure and value the work done on site
· Liaise with the client and other professionals, such as site supervisor and project managers etc…
· Perform other tasks as assigned or required
