CIBAK Solutions is looking to recruit a skilled professional for one of its ‘Content and Technical Writer’ opening.
He/she will be responsible for creating industry related articles, copywriting and blogs, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Typically, the resource will develop white papers, how-to guides, FAQs, case studies, use cases (I.T), and other relevant content.
Responsibilities:
- The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with developing grammatically correct Standard English textual content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media channels, brand advertising campaigns, and the company website.
- Further, he (or she) will be responsible for writing content; while making sure that submitted drafts are in keeping with our house-style stipulations
- Produce high-quality content that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Create blogs, guest posts and articles related to the industry, assigned by the team.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's offerings to generate easy to understand, unique and concise content for landing pages.
- Strong writing skills along with a solid understanding of creative content generation
- Evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company's website, and promoting the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms.
- Follow editorial guidelines when creating content.
- To be successful as a Content Writer, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques.
- Ultimately, a top-performing Content Writer should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement.
- Work with internal and external teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Create Project Requirement document in coordination with PM and PO during the requirement analysis phase
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
