• To contribute to and manage the implementation of an annual work plan for the office in accordance with CIMA strategy.
  • To act as the contact point in Pakistan for students, members and other parties in relation to CIMA’s operation in Pakistan.
  • To ensure that all local policies and processes are up to date and the office is compliant under Pakistan law and that a business continuity plan is in place.
  • To implement plans to reduce lapsing of members, students and passed finalists.
  • To assist in implementing plans towards the growth of student numbers and eventual member growth in line with CIMA’s plans.
  • To assist potential and existing students, employers and members in registering and interacting with CIMA by delivering high standards of customer service and ensuring relevant organisational and product knowledge is continually up to date.
  • To organise local events for students, members and other relevant stakeholders.
  • To support the progression and development of students through various platforms include revision classes, examination techniques workshops, soft skills enhancement programmes and conduct of examinations.
  • To ensure that all communications conform to CIMA’s brand guidelines.
  • To be the marketing contact for the country, to carry out and undertake marketing activities and liaising with marketing suppliers as required.
  • To support and assist the team in completing the annual operating budget and quarterly financial forecasts as requested.
  • To carry out simple banking duties when required and prepare payments for authorisation.
  • To source suitable suppliers as required and maintain relationships to ensure the most cost effective and professional services are provided by third parties.
  • To provide regular and timely reports to line manager.
  • To maintain a presentable office and keep the premises secure.
  • Other relevant projects or tasks as required.
  • Any other relevant responsibilities as required.
