Novate is seeking a talented Cinematographer to join their team on-site at DHA Phase 7, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, capable of producing cinematic and visually compelling footage. This role involves working on brand projects, commercial campaigns, and professional video productions, requiring both technical expertise and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality footage that aligns with the creative vision for brands, commercials, and social media campaigns.
- Utilize strong composition, framing, and camera movement techniques to enhance storytelling.
- Set up and adjust lighting to achieve the desired exposure and mood for each shot.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to execute visual concepts effectively on set.
- Adapt to various lighting conditions and environments to maintain consistent image quality.
- Manage camera equipment and ensure proper handling and maintenance during shoots.

Required Qualifications:
- Ownership of a Sony A7S III or Sony FX3 camera is mandatory.
- Proven experience in cinematography with a solid understanding of composition, framing, and camera movement.
- Hands-on experience with lighting setups and exposure control to create cinematic visuals.
- Strong knowledge of skin tones, image quality, and how to achieve professional-grade footage.
- Experience shooting brand content, interviews, commercials, or social media campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team environment and communicate effectively on set.
