Cinematographer

NOVATE is seeking a talented Cinematographer to join their team on-site at DHA Phase 7, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, capable of producing cinematic and visually compelling footage for brands, commercial campaigns, and professional video productions. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with a creative team to bring visual concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage camera equipment, primarily Sony A7S III or Sony FX3, to capture high-quality footage.
- Apply strong knowledge of composition, framing, and camera movement to enhance storytelling.
- Set up and control lighting to achieve the desired exposure and mood for each shot.
- Ensure cinematic visuals with accurate skin tones and superior image quality.
- Adapt to various lighting conditions to create visually appealing and consistent shots.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to execute visual concepts effectively on set.
- Shoot diverse content including brand videos, interviews, commercials, and social media campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
- Ownership of a Sony A7S III or Sony FX3 camera is mandatory.
- Proven experience with composition, framing, and dynamic camera movements.
- Hands-on expertise in lighting setups and exposure control techniques.
- Strong understanding of cinematic visuals, including accurate skin tone representation and image quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work under different lighting conditions and produce visually compelling footage.
- Experience in shooting brand content, interviews, commercials, or social media campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and execute visual concepts on set.
