We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team having a strong background in Japanese & Chines cuisine. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing food service, and ensuring high-quality culinary offerings. If you have a strong background in food service management and a passion for creating delicious dishes, we would love to hear from you. Must have experience with Chinese cuisine.
Responsibilities: -
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation .
- Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality of all dishes served.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor food quality and consistency to maintain high standards .
- Implement efficient kitchen processes to optimize productivity .
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold the standards of excellence.

- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a kitchen management role .
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and creativity .
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices .
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively .
