Marketing Head

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Head to join our team and take on the challenge of growing our business from Inception and grabbing the attention of our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies that have resulted in significant business growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
Analyse consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with an app-based service platform is preferred.
Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role, with a successful track record of growing businesses.
In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business growth and customer acquisition goals.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
