Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality assessments on sales calls to evaluate adherence to scripting, compliance, and customer service standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to identify training needs and develop targeted improvement plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom products, promotions, and industry regulations.
- Generate insightful reports on call quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality assurance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- English fluency is a must (Read, Write, Speak), since you will be dealing with US based customers.
