Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge:

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the store's inventory, including OTC medications, prescription drugs, and medical supplies.
- Assist customers in locating and selecting products based on specific requirements.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage stock levels for product availability.
- Collaborate with the inventory team for regular stock checks and restocking.
- Report inventory discrepancies or shortages to the store manager.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior sales staff.
- Coordinate with the store manager for sales strategies and promotional activities.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines in pharmaceutical product sales.
- Ensure transactions and customer interactions comply with ethical and legal standards.
