Role Summary:
The ELT Trainer will report to the Vice Chancellor Office and be responsible for building the English Communication and Presentation Skills of the University students and faculty.
The ELT Trainer designs and implements effective English Communication Programs for all the levels of enrolled students as well as faculty, at par with international English Communication Testing Standards such as TOEFL and IELTS etc.
The ELT Trainer supports the university in finding the best internal talents and incorporates them into different talent pools of students and teachers with in the University.
The ELT Trainer will ensure that each enrolled student and faculty in CUSIT receives well-structured English Communication Course during his/her life at the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and leads the implementation of English communication courses for university students
- Works closely with the HRD Manager to connect the career development strategy with the Communication Development programs for University students and faculty.
- Identifies English training and development needs of the students/faculty and accordingly designs effective programs for students’ development
- Regularly assess the results of communication programs and share results with Vice Chancellor office
- Builds the functioning relationship with the top stakeholders
- Acts as the influencing member of the CUSIT delivery team
