Civil 3D Drafter (Site / Grading), Lahore

Struvek specializes in engineering drafting, BIM modeling, and coordination services for AEC firms, primarily focusing on structural building projects while expanding into civil and site work. This role involves preparing detailed site, grading, drainage, and utility drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development projects, collaborating closely with senior Revit BIM modelers and engineers to transform engineer markups and survey data into accurate, complete plan sets.

Key Responsibilities
- Create existing-condition surfaces from survey data and develop proposed grading surfaces using Civil 3D.
- Draft comprehensive site plans, grading plans, drainage and utility plans, profiles, and sections.
- Model pipe networks, alignments, corridors, and stormwater features as directed by project requirements.
- Calculate and report earthwork quantities when requested by the engineering team.
- Set up sheets, viewports, annotations, and plan sets adhering to company standards.
- Respond promptly to review comments by revising drawings and provide daily progress updates.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D in site or land development drafting.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of surfaces, grading, pipe networks, and profile creation.
- Ability to interpret civil drawings and produce complete plan sets based on engineer markups.
- A portfolio or sample drawings demonstrating previous work experience (mandatory).
- Proficient written English skills for clear task updates and communication.
- Availability to work on-site in Lahore on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working on US land development projects and familiarity with municipal standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of stormwater design tools such as Storm and Sanitary Analysis or HydroCAD.
- Experience with GIS or processing survey data is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Revit is beneficial.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 130,000, commensurate with skills and portfolio quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, with a Monday to Friday work schedule. Employees will receive direct mentoring from a senior Revit BIM modeler and gain exposure to real US projects, providing significant opportunities for professional growth as the company expands its civil work portfolio.
