Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Pakistan Carbon Reserve (Private) Limited, based in Islamabad, is a growing company specializing in forestry, afforestation, and ecosystem restoration. As we expand into horticulture, landscaping, plantation, and related civil works for both public and private clients, we are seeking a civil engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building this new business area from the ground up, working on projects that combine construction with environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and bid submissions. You will supervise site activities, including planting, landscaping, and minor civil works, ensuring that all tasks meet quality standards. Coordination with clients for inspections and measurements will be essential, along with maintaining accurate records of deliveries, completed work, and quality checks. Additionally, you will support surveys and site planning efforts related to our afforestation projects.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a BE or BSc degree in Civil Engineering from a PEC-accredited institution. A valid PEC registration as a Registered Engineer (RE) is mandatory. Applicants should not be currently affiliated with another firm’s PEC contractor license. The position is based in Islamabad, with occasional site visits required. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
