Civil Engineer (Highrise Building)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with practical expertise in the construction of high-rise buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, monitoring project progress, and coordinating effectively with contractors and consultants to achieve timely completion. This role involves working on a national-level project located in the North Region, specifically in Besham and Chillas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and supervise the sub-structure, including foundations and pedestals, for CCTV camera pole sites.
- Oversee reinforcement works involving steel rebar and concrete for all pole foundations.
- Manage the construction of 15-meter gantry structures at key entry and exit intersections.
- Construct six check post cabins at entry/exit points, including asphalt and RCC road works.
- Lead civil works for the C4I Building, covering both architectural and structural elements from the ground up.
- Supervise civil construction and interior fit-out of the control room.
- Manage civil foundation works for Smart Surveillance Towers (SST).
- Coordinate site office setup and oversee temporary facility management.
- Maintain civil inspection records, material test reports, and as-built drawings.
- Manage third-party civil contractors, ensuring quality control and safety compliance on all structural works.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with registration from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in constructing high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings.
- Proven experience with reinforced concrete foundations, pre-cast pole structures, and modular buildings.
- Familiarity with construction in mountainous or remote terrain.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani construction codes and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience working with reputable construction companies is highly desirable.
- Prior involvement in projects based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi will be considered an advantage.
