Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all activities comply with departmental policies, approved drawings, and applicable building regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in construction site inspections or quality control.
- Practical experience in identifying construction defects, preparing punch lists, and monitoring rectification work.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction specifications, quality standards, and applicable building regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Excellent observation, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
