Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation activities for buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. This role requires close coordination with contractors and internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise civil maintenance, repair, and renovation activities to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, structures, and facilities to identify maintenance issues and structural defects.
- Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, and overall project costs to support budgeting and planning.
- Monitor contractors’ performance and ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work progress and expenses, to support transparency and accountability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of ongoing activities and project status.
- Identify structural defects and recommend appropriate corrective actions to prevent further deterioration or hazards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, building maintenance, or construction.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance projects and supervise contractors effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience in general building maintenance is preferred, enhancing the candidate’s ability to handle a wide range of maintenance challenges.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs85,000 to Rs95,000.
