We are seeking an experienced estimator with a strong background in civil engineering or architecture, possessing at least 10 years of expertise in quantities takeoff, cost control, and estimating for Heavy & Highway, Civil, Transportation, and Institutional construction projects. Our firm specializes in Construction Management and General Contracting, providing estimating and construction management services to various clients and projects primarily located in New York City. This position specifically focuses on estimators for civil work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quantities takeoff for construction projects
- Establish budgets and implement cost control measures
- Prepare Schedule of Values broken down by cost items
- Compile bid packages, Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and cost proposals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of contract documents
- Develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Review subcontractor quotes and conduct bid leveling analysis
- Prepare project submittals and related documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of full-time technical experience in general construction estimating
- Technical training or certification in construction estimating
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a construction-related field from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and email platforms
- Experience using Bluebeam Revu or equivalent software for quantity takeoff, alongside manual quantity takeoff methods
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience estimating public or government projects is highly preferred
- Competitive salary range from Rs70,000 to Rs150,000 per month
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday
- Position is based in Diamond City, Sialkot, Pakistan, with in-person work requirements
