Civil Maintenance Supervisor

Enaara Facilitation Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at Madison Square Mall, Rawalpindi. The successful candidate will assist the Civil Maintenance Engineer in overseeing daily civil maintenance activities, ensuring repair and finishing works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. This role requires close coordination with contractors and technicians to maintain smooth site operations and uphold safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise daily civil maintenance, repair, and rectification activities at the mall. Monitor the work of technicians, laborers, and contractors to ensure compliance with instructions and specifications. Verify site measurements, workmanship, and material usage. Report progress, delays, quality issues, and site requirements to the Civil Maintenance Engineer.

Civil Maintenance & Finishing Works: Assist in identifying and reporting defects related to plaster, masonry, flooring, tiles, marble, painting, false ceilings, doors, and other building finishes. Monitor minor civil repair and restoration works. Identify visible signs of water leakage, seepage, dampness, and cracks, reporting findings for technical assessment. Support waterproofing and joint-sealing activities under supervision.

AutoCAD & Revit: Read and interpret civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Prepare or update basic layouts, as-built drawings, site sketches, and minor modification drawings as needed. Verify site conditions against approved drawings and report discrepancies. Maintain updated drawings and technical documentation for maintenance activities.

Contractor & Material Coordination: Coordinate daily work assignments with contractors, technicians, and maintenance staff. Check delivered construction materials against approved requirements and report discrepancies. Monitor material consumption to minimize wastage. Assist in preparing material requisitions, quantity measurements, and basic BOQ inputs.

Quality Control & Safety: Ensure work is carried out according to approved methods, quality requirements, and site safety procedures. Identify defective or incomplete work and coordinate corrective actions. Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas and ensure appropriate barricading and precautions during maintenance activities.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site activity reports, labor attendance, material consumption records, and defect logs. Photograph and document completed and ongoing maintenance works. Prepare progress updates for submission to the Civil Maintenance Engineer. Follow up on pending maintenance issues until completion and verification.

Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with MEP and Operations teams regarding civil defects involving plumbing leaks, drainage, HVAC condensation, and service penetrations. Assist in planning maintenance activities to minimize disruption to mall operations.

Required Qualifications

Education: DAE Civil, B.Tech Civil, or a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision, building maintenance, construction, or finishing works.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings is required.

Practical knowledge of building maintenance, waterproofing, finishing works, site execution, and basic understanding of BOQs, material estimation, and construction documentation.

Strong observation, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience working in commercial buildings, shopping malls, offices, or other operational facilities will be an advantage.

The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs45,000 to Rs85,000.

The Site Supervisor will report directly to the Civil Maintenance Engineer and will play a key role in supporting the execution and monitoring of maintenance activities.

Candidates should be prepared to work on-site at Madison Square Mall, Rawalpindi. Accommodation is not provided by the company.
