Civil Structural Engineer and Civil Draftsman

We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team in Islamabad for two key roles: Structural Design Engineer and Structural Draftsman. Structural Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design of steel structures using software such as STRAP, STAAD Pro, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, and AutoCAD.
- Conduct engineering and analysis for Light Gauge Steel (LGS) and Steel Structure (SS) buildings.
- Prepare clear and accurate technical documentation and drawings.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Apply steel standards and ensure compliance with industry codes.
- Utilize project management skills to plan, coordinate teams, and manage timelines effectively.
- Maintain high attention to detail and uphold quality standards in all work.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BSc).
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in structural design, particularly with steel structures.
- Proficiency in STRAP, STAAD Pro, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Google SketchUp and FrameBuilder-MRD/Vertex BD software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and pride in work.
- Exposure to project management practices is a plus.

Structural Draftsman
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in the drafting and documentation of steel structure projects.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all drawings and related documents.
- Support the engineering team in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (3-year program).
- 0 to 1 year of experience in structural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with FrameBuilder-MRD/Vertex BD software is a plus.
- Candidates based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad are preferred.
