We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our new and growing team at our Islamabad branch.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement company’s culture and values
- Advertise job vacancies and screen candidates
- Carry out initial interviews
- Carry out compliance checks
- Maintain staff filling and database
- Deal with staff complaints and grievances
- Develop staff bonus and incentive schemes
- Track and review staff performance
- Monitor absences and sicknesses
- Ensure high data quality through accurate system – records maintenance
- Carry out research and produce analysis reports based on the role
- Stay up to date with the latest HR news and Employment Law Legislation
- To assist the general manager in developing training programmes and routines
- Carry out administrative duties and ad hoc duties as and when requested by your line manager
- Take part in and carry out group projects
