We are looking for a motivated “Customer Support Representatives” to come join our agile team of professionals. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling of inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers through various channels
- Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
- Generating leads that develop into new customers.
- Record keeping of all conversations in database
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports(Daily, Weekly or Monthly)
Requirements and skills:
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a CSR in an international call center
- Strong time management
- Clear communication and friendly empathetic attitude
- Organized and meticulous
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
