ClickUp Specialist

This hourly, remote contractor position seeks a ClickUp Specialist (Subject Matter Expert) to design and execute realistic, challenging computer-based tasks using ClickUp and related project-management workflows. The role involves creating practical ClickUp tasks, clearly documenting them in SuperAnnotate, ensuring the work environment supports the task, and recording task execution on your computer. Your contributions will support the training of advanced AI models by demonstrating how real users organize and manage work within project-management tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create realistic ClickUp tasks that are practical and challenging, then document them clearly in SuperAnnotate for AI training purposes.
- Prepare the work environment by ensuring ClickUp access, setting up workspaces, projects, sample tasks, permissions, and references before recording.
- Record yourself executing the ClickUp tasks, following project instructions to maintain clarity, completeness, and realism in the workflow.
- Provide detailed task context including steps, goals, workspace/project details, and notes to help reviewers understand the task and its completion.
- Demonstrate practical use of ClickUp features such as task creation, custom fields, views, dashboards, docs, statuses, assignments, deadlines, automations, and project updates as relevant.
- Review recordings and documentation before submission to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with project guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with ClickUp, including task management, project tracking, dashboards, docs, automations, and team collaboration workflows.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher to comprehend project instructions, document tasks clearly, and communicate effectively with the project team.
- Comfortable using computers, browser-based tools, managing workspaces, files, permissions, and recording workflows.
- Ability to design realistic and challenging ClickUp tasks reflecting real-world use cases in admin, operations, project management, sales, marketing, support, HR, or team collaboration.
- Strong understanding of ClickUp fundamentals such as workspaces, spaces, folders, lists, tasks, statuses, assignees, due dates, custom fields, views, dashboards, docs, and automations.
- Capability to prepare and verify that the setup supports the task, including access, sample data, and references before recording.
- High attention to detail in task preparation, workflow execution, and quality checking of recordings and documentation.
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to maintain consistent quality in a remote, hourly contractor role across different time zones.
