ClickUp Specialist

This is an hourly, remote contractor position for a ClickUp Specialist (Subject Matter Expert) responsible for creating realistic and challenging computer-based tasks using ClickUp and related project management workflows. The role involves designing practical ClickUp tasks, clearly documenting them in SuperAnnotate, ensuring the technical setup supports the tasks, and recording task execution on your computer. These tasks may include creating workspaces, folders, lists, statuses, custom fields, dashboards, automations, and other project-tracking elements. Your contributions will help train advanced AI models to better understand how real users organize and manage work within project management tools.

Your expertise in ClickUp will directly support the improvement of premier AI models by demonstrating how users perform practical workflows related to project management, administration, operations, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Create realistic ClickUp tasks by designing challenging and executable workflows, then document these tasks clearly using SuperAnnotate.
- Prepare the work environment by ensuring ClickUp access, setting up workspaces or projects, having sample tasks ready, managing permissions, and gathering necessary references before recording.
- Record yourself performing the ClickUp tasks on your computer, following project instructions to ensure workflows are clear, complete, and realistic.
- Provide detailed documentation including task context, step-by-step instructions, goals, workspace or project details, and notes to help reviewers fully understand the task and its completion.
- Demonstrate practical use of ClickUp features such as task creation, custom fields, views, dashboards, docs, statuses, assignments, deadlines, automations, and project updates where applicable.
- Maintain high-quality submissions by reviewing recordings and documentation to ensure tasks are complete, understandable, realistic, and aligned with project guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with ClickUp for managing tasks, tracking projects, creating dashboards, automations, and facilitating team collaboration or operations workflows.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher to accurately comprehend project instructions, document tasks clearly, and communicate effectively with the project team.
- Comfortable using computers and browser-based tools, including managing workspaces, files, permissions, and recording workflows.
- Ability to design realistic and challenging ClickUp tasks that reflect real-world use cases in administration, operations, project management, sales, marketing, support, HR, or team collaboration.
- Strong understanding of ClickUp fundamentals such as workspaces, spaces, folders, lists, tasks, statuses, assignees, due dates, custom fields, views, dashboards, docs, and automations.
- Capability to ensure your technical setup supports the task, including having ClickUp access, sample workspace data, prepared tasks or projects, and any required references ready before recording.
- High attention to detail in task preparation, workflow execution, and quality checking of recordings to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Reliable and self-directed with the ability to consistently deliver quality work in an hourly, remote contractor role across multiple time zones.
