We are looking for a Remote Client Communication Assistant to manage our online clients across multiple platforms, including:
Fiverr - Respond to buyer messages, maintain response rate & order communication
WhatsApp - Coordinate with clients, share updates and collect requirements
Our Website Portal - Respond to client tickets/messages on our platform
This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity with flexible timing, but you must be available every day to reply to messages and update our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reply to buyer messages professionally on Fiverr
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp (daily updates, queries, feedback)
Manage messages through our internal website/portal system
Maintain Fiverr profile’s response time and buyer satisfaction
Alert us about urgent or sensitive messages
Write clear, polite, and professional English responses
Job Requirements:
Strong command of written English (must)
Knowledge of Fiverr or freelancing platforms preferred
Ability to use WhatsApp Web, email, and browser tools
Must have access to a stable internet connection and smartphone/laptop
Responsible, punctual, and good with communication
