Client Content Scheduling Manager

HG Marketing, a Lahore-based podcast agency specializing in B2B podcasting for marketers and entrepreneurs, is looking to hire a Client Content Scheduling Manager to join their onsite team in Gulberg, Lahore. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of podcast content across multiple clients, ensuring all assets are accurate, polished, compliant, and published on time. The focus of this position is on systems management, quality assurance, and operational workflow rather than creative editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed quality assurance checks on podcast videos, audio files, show notes, articles, clips, and thumbnails using structured checklists.
- Detect and resolve errors, inconsistencies, compliance issues, and brand mismatches across all podcast assets.
- Ensure all final deliverables adhere to internal standards and client-specific guidelines before approval.
- Schedule and publish podcast episodes on platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and others.
- Upload, optimize, and manage episode metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and thumbnails.
- Maintain and update content calendars for podcasts, clips, and related assets to guarantee timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing professional communication regarding updates, timelines, feedback, and approvals.
- Coordinate effectively between internal teams—editors, writers, designers—and clients to streamline workflow.
- Manage multiple client workflows simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Track asset progress from raw files through editing, quality assurance, publishing, and final client delivery.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks early and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Follow, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance checklists, and workflow systems.
- Keep organized records of published episodes, revisions, and approvals.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in podcast management, content operations, or media quality assurance.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors others might miss.
- Practical knowledge of podcast platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and hosting services.
- Experience managing multiple clients and fast-paced workflows effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working within structured processes, checklists, and strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work onsite in Lahore.
