Client Engagement Specialist / Appointment Setter

Allmire is seeking confident, energetic, and professional individuals to join our expanding sales team. This role focuses on initiating conversations with independent pharmacies across the United States, introducing them to Allmire’s pharmacy communication solutions, and scheduling product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with pharmacy owners, managers, and decision-makers, building interest without relying on aggressive sales tactics. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills in a supportive environment while working onsite in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to independent pharmacies throughout the U.S.
- Engage directly with pharmacy owners, managers, and key decision-makers
- Present Allmire’s communication solutions clearly and professionally
- Generate interest and schedule qualified product demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Address initial questions and objections with professionalism and confidence
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets

This role emphasizes starting meaningful conversations and generating interest rather than hard selling over the phone.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with U.S.-based businesses
- Professional, energetic, and persuasive demeanor
- Ability to conduct natural, conversational calls rather than reading from a script
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on meeting targets
- Availability to work onsite in Lahore
