We are hiring a client onboarding specialist at Evynex!

Location: Onsite | Al-Hafeez Executive, Gulberg 3, Lahore

Timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in the sales and marketing domain

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission Per Closed Lead

Evynex is expanding its team, and we are looking for a driven Client onboarding specialist to help onboard new clients. If you excel at communication, relationship-building, and closing deals without the grind of cold calling, this role is for you.

As a rapidly growing e-commerce agency, we generate interest, and your job is to bring them to the finish line. You will be handed hot, inbound leads from prospects who have already filled out our inquiry forms. Your focus will be connecting with these prospects, walking them through our Amazon Private Label growth strategies, and detailing our profit-sharing and flat monthly retainer models to close the deal.

What You Will Do:

Close Warm Leads: Call inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in our services—zero cold calling required.
Consult & Educate: Clearly explain our agency’s operational workflow and compensation structures to potential clients.
Manage the Pipeline: Follow up with prospects, address their concerns, and guide them smoothly through the final closing process.
Drive Revenue: Consistently hit conversion targets to maximize your per-lead commission.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client onboarding.
Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly grasp and confidently explain e-commerce and agency business models.
A results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to maximize commission earnings.
High energy and professionalism for an onsite, highly collaborative environment.
