Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
Shift Timings: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Work Mode: On-site (In-person)

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Operations Executive to join our team during night shifts. The role involves managing daily client operational requests, handling inbound sales inquiries, and driving job conversions. This position demands excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a proactive ownership mindset. The successful candidate will focus on growing client accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to daily operational job requests from clients.
- Coordinate job progress with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries by preparing accurate job scopes and efficiently closing jobs.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and execute strategies to capitalize on them.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Monitor job statuses closely, follow up on pending actions, and proactively resolve any issues.
- Ensure all client communications are accurate, timely, and professional.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales, conversion, and overall performance targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and other internal systems.
- Support ongoing improvements in processes and enhance the overall client experience.
