Client Relation Coordinator

Meds Nexus is looking for a committed Client Relation Coordinator to join their team on-site in Rawalpindi. This position operates on a night shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The role centers on facilitating a smooth onboarding experience and providing ongoing support for U.S. healthcare providers within the network. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client satisfaction and operational efficiency, acting as a vital link between client practices and internal teams to ensure seamless practice setups and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete onboarding process for newly signed U.S. healthcare providers and practices, including software system configuration, account mapping, and operational orientation.
- Act as the primary contact for operational inquiries, effectively triaging issues between client practices and internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) production leads.
- Manage client inquiries, onboarding milestones, and follow-up requests by keeping accurate and current records within the central CRM/helpdesk platform.
- Monitor service levels by tracking response times and resolution metrics to guarantee prompt and high-quality support for U.S. clients.
- Collect quarterly client feedback and collaborate with operational managers to enhance workflow quality and improve client satisfaction continuously.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Two to three years of experience in U.S. healthcare account coordination, client onboarding, or client support roles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, suitable for professional interaction with U.S. medical office managers and physicians.
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and web-based collaboration tools.
