Client Relation Expert - Medical Billing

Meds Nexus is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Relation Expert specializing in Medical Billing to join their team in Rawalpindi. This on-site role operates during the night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with U.S.-based healthcare partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of medical billing operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can serve as the primary point of contact for doctors and clinic managers, delivering a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary liaison for U.S. clinic leaders, addressing daily operational and billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage the onboarding process for new medical clinics, ensuring that account setups and configurations are completed efficiently and without delay.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal billing/accounts receivable teams to expedite issue resolution and provide timely status updates.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, health status, calls, and follow-ups within the company’s central CRM system.
- Support management in executing client retention campaigns, satisfaction surveys, and administrative coordination tasks.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of practical experience in client services, customer success management, or medical billing support.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, suitable for professional interactions with U.S. healthcare providers.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
