Client Relation Expert

Meds Nexus is seeking a dedicated Client Relation Expert to serve as the primary point of contact between U.S.-based medical clients and internal teams. This role involves managing client inquiries, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction, and facilitating smooth communication across all active medical accounts. The position is on-site in Rawalpindi, working night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications from U.S. healthcare practices, addressing billing questions, workflow updates, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with onboarding new medical practices by coordinating initial setups, setting expectations, and guiding orientation processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as revenue cycle management, credentialing, and coding to resolve client issues and provide timely progress updates.
- Accurately document call notes, client decisions, and escalation histories using the company’s CRM software.
- Support management by collecting client feedback, analyzing service trends, and contributing to strategies that enhance long-term client retention.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in client services, account management, or medical billing customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with professional U.S. phone etiquette.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field.
