Client Relation Specialist

Meds Nexus is looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join their team on-site in Rawalpindi. This position operates during the night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The role centers on managing client relationships within the U.S. healthcare practice network, ensuring smooth onboarding of providers, resolving operational and billing issues, and maintaining strong client retention. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for medical accounts, work closely with internal teams, and contribute to client success efforts to ensure account health and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication channel for U.S. medical accounts, addressing operational concerns and billing inquiries promptly via phone and email.
- Oversee the complete onboarding process for new healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless and well-structured integration.
- Collaborate with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams, including Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Verification of Benefits, to resolve workflow challenges and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of all partner communications, account activities, and service tickets within the CRM system.
- Assist senior client success leaders with loyalty programs, client sentiment analysis, and routine administrative duties aimed at improving account retention.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in CRM administration, account management, or healthcare BPO client support.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, helpdesk ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
