Client Relations Manager

We are seeking a confident and experienced Client Relations Manager to oversee and nurture strong relationships with our international clientele, with a particular focus on clients based in the United States. The successful candidate will possess fluent English communication skills, a strong American accent, and a proven track record of managing international clients effectively. This role requires excellent interpersonal abilities and a professional approach to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily communication with international clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Respond promptly to client queries, concerns, and requests, maintaining a high level of service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth and timely delivery of services.
- Provide regular updates to clients to keep them informed about project progress and developments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and improve retention rates.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during all client interactions.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling international clients.
- Fluent English communication skills with excellent verbal and written proficiency.
- Strong US/American accent and confidence in engaging with US-based clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and effective follow-up skills.
- Professional attitude with a client-focused mindset.
- Availability to work night shifts from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
- Willingness to work onsite as the position requires physical presence at the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
