Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator

Royal Paper & Plastic Products (Pvt) Ltd., located in SITE Phase II, Super Highway, Karachi, is a leading provider of high-quality corrugated carton and packaging solutions. We are seeking a motivated and articulate Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining professional relationships, ensuring a seamless client experience, and contributing to the company’s growth by fostering trust and effective communication with our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and clarity. Collaborate closely with clients’ procurement departments and executive management to fully understand their packaging needs and facilitate a smooth ordering process. Lead discussions regarding quotations and terms with tact, aiming for agreements that benefit both parties and strengthen long-term partnerships. Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities. Coordinate internally with production and supply chain teams to ensure client expectations and delivery schedules are consistently met or exceeded.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential. Previous experience in client coordination, B2B customer service, or relationship management is highly preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. The candidate should demonstrate high emotional intelligence, with the ability to anticipate and respond effectively to client needs. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous follow-up capabilities are also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
