Client Relations Specialist

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, connects buyers and sellers both domestically and internationally. Since its initial funding round in 2012, which included angel investors and venture capital firms, the company has successfully raised a total of $29 million through subsequent investment rounds in 2015 and 2016. As a Client Relations Specialist in Project Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth deal closures. Acting as the company’s representative, you will deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to offer suitable property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of property units and arrange site visits to enhance client engagement.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals by maintaining consistent follow-ups with clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Communicate effectively to represent Zameen.com’s values and commitment to excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with relevant enthusiasm and skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients confidently and professionally.
