Client Relations Specialist

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, connects buyers and sellers both domestically and internationally. Since its initial funding round in 2012, which included angel investors and venture capital firms, the company has successfully closed two additional major investment rounds by early 2016, raising a total of $29 million. As a Client Relations Specialist - Project Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth closure of deals. Acting as the company’s representative, you will deliver a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to offer suitable property options.
- Provide comprehensive briefings and demonstrations of relevant property units to clients.
- Conduct site visits and follow up with clients to address any changes in their needs.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while keeping clients informed and engaged.

Required Qualifications
- Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
