Client Relations Specialist

As a Client Relations Specialist in Project Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth closure of deals. Acting as the company’s representative, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by facilitating a simple and seamless buying process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements thoroughly to offer relevant property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of property units and conduct site visits as needed.
- Follow up regularly with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while keeping the client informed throughout the process.

Required Qualifications
- A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
