Client Relationship Executive - TJ / 1930476

Pro Link Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role centers on building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and clear communication. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and exhibit confidence and professionalism when engaging with clients. The position offers corporate onboarding and training to equip new hires with the skills needed to support clients effectively and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering timely, responsive support.
- Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and other channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist clients during service onboarding and provide ongoing guidance throughout their engagement with the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and that service delivery is both timely and accurate.
- Manage client feedback and escalate concerns appropriately to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Participate in corporate training programs and apply new knowledge to enhance client management and communication skills.
- Operate efficiently in a remote work environment while upholding high standards of productivity and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
