Client Services Representative

The Client Services Representative role is a full-time hybrid position based in Lahore, offering flexibility with some work-from-home options. This role acts as the primary liaison between clients and the company, managing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of project-related issues. The position requires effective communication with clients and internal teams, preparation and updating of client reports, and diligent tracking of service requests to maintain client satisfaction and support continuous service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ongoing projects.
- Manage client communications through various channels, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Coordinate with internal project and finance teams to facilitate smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare, update, and distribute client reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and service status.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, follow up on feedback, and assist in developing initiatives to improve service quality.
- Maintain adherence to the company’s safety and compliance standards in all client interactions and project communications.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in client-facing or support roles, ideally within engineering or construction sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment based in Lahore and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
