Key Responsibilities
The Client Solutions Associate will work full-time in a remote capacity, focusing on recruiting and onboarding subject matter experts for expert calls. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities include identifying and matching clients with relevant industry experts, handling client inquiries efficiently, and collaborating closely with internal teams to provide strategically aligned insights. The associate will also be responsible for regular communication with stakeholders, tracking project progress, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 0 to 3 years of professional experience. Strong skills in recruitment and headhunting management are essential. The role demands excellent project management capabilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Additionally, candidates must be comfortable with cold outreach activities, including cold emails, messages, and calls.
