Arc Digital is looking for a confident and dependable Outbound Sales Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our range of services, and arranging appointments to deepen their engagement. Success in this position depends on strong communication skills and a professional phone manner, as you will be representing the company and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to present Arc Digital’s services.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Schedule appointments with interested clients to enable further discussions.
- Keep accurate records of calls and follow-up activities to maintain consistent client engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills for managing call records and scheduling.
- Reliable internet connection to support remote work.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in sales, outbound calling, or customer service is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time remote position offering a starting salary of Rs60,000 per month.
