Client Success Associate

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Client Success Associate to join our inbound sales and support team. This full-time position is based at our office in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 9 PM to 6 AM. The role involves managing customer inquiries, driving sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. The salary package ranges from PKR 40,000 to 70,000 per month, offering a competitive compensation along with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and resolve any issues effectively.
- Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Clearly communicate product benefits and features to customers to enhance their experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate degree holder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
