The Client Success & Team Coordinator plays a vital role in managing daily social media operations by acting as the liaison between clients, the creative team, and management. This position oversees the entire content workflow, from planning and briefing to creation, revisions, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring all client requirements, approvals, and deadlines are met. The coordinator serves as the primary contact for assigned clients and facilitates collaboration among designers, videographers, copywriters, SEO specialists, and other team members using Notion and various communication tools.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and maintain rolling content calendars for all assigned client accounts. Plan and organize content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Translate client briefs and campaign goals into detailed weekly and monthly content plans. Coordinate photography and videography shoots as per client packages. Track all content types—from posts and reels to articles and stories—through to publication using Notion. Proactively monitor deadlines and address potential delays before they impact clients.
Creative & Team Coordination:
Assign tasks related to design, video production, and copywriting to appropriate creative team members. Follow up regularly to ensure timely completion of work. Manage client revision requests by communicating clear, actionable instructions to designers and specialists. Facilitate smooth handovers to SEO, website, and app teams when necessary.
Client Communication:
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, gathering requirements, assets, approvals, and sign-offs prior to scheduling content. Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, Google reviews, and other customer queries. Escalate significant or sensitive client issues to management with relevant context and recommendations. Manage client expectations regarding turnaround times, revision rounds, and package inclusions.
Reporting & Administration:
Schedule and publish approved content across relevant social media platforms. Assist in preparing or supporting monthly social media performance reports. Maintain up-to-date task statuses, deadlines, and progress in Notion. Provide clear updates on pending items and blockers during internal meetings.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media coordination, community management, or a related marketing role is essential. Experience working in an agency environment is preferred. Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn business tools is required. Familiarity with Notion or similar project management platforms is important. Strong written English skills are necessary, with Urdu considered an advantage. The candidate must be a confident communicator capable of independently managing client relationships. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously are critical.
