This role involves managing and coordinating training programs specifically for medical billing teams. The primary focus is to ensure that all training sessions, including refreshers and mandatory compliance courses, are effectively scheduled, tracked, and completed. The position requires close collaboration with subject matter experts and various stakeholders to maintain up-to-date training content and documentation. Additionally, the role supports audit processes by maintaining accurate training records and evaluates training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. This is an in-person position based in Township with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, including refresher courses, for medical billing teams to ensure skill development and compliance.
- Manage training schedules, monitor attendance, and maintain clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records using tracking sheets and generate detailed reports on training progress and completion.
- Ensure 100% completion of mandatory trainings such as HIPAA, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training content, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process guides.
- Assist in audit preparations by maintaining comprehensive training documentation.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness through participant feedback and assessment results.
- Coordinate and document various assessments, including pre-training and post-training evaluations, surveys, and promotion-related assessments.
- Work closely with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs and alignment across different functions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing training programs, preferably within the medical billing or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with compliance training requirements such as HIPAA and company policies.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze training feedback and assessment data to measure effectiveness.
- Experience working collaboratively with both onshore and offshore teams.
