As an Account Coordinator / Account Manager in EY’s Client Excellence team, you will support strategic account management across some of the firm’s most significant client relationships. Collaborating closely with Global Client Service Partners, account leadership, industry leaders, and service line stakeholders, you will coordinate account priorities, assist in account planning, enhance client intelligence, and contribute to growth initiatives. This role involves executing account plans, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, monitoring opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client experiences. It is ideal for professionals with experience in account management, client relationship management, business development support, consulting, sales operations, or professional services who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic account plans for priority clients.
- Coordinate account activities to help achieve key objectives and growth targets.
- Collaborate with Global Client Service Partners, account teams, and service line stakeholders to advance account initiatives.
- Organize account governance activities, including account reviews, leadership meetings, and planning sessions.
- Monitor account performance, pipeline activity, client engagement, and key deliverables.
- Collect, analyze, and organize client, market, industry, and account intelligence to inform decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, account updates, and briefing materials.
- Track actions, risks, opportunities, and deliverables to ensure effective execution and follow-up.
- Facilitate collaboration across account teams, service lines, and geographic locations.
- Support account planning workshops and strategic growth discussions through research and analysis.
- Identify and qualify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Manage client engagement activities through proactive communication and stakeholder coordination.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience in account management, client relationship management, business development, consulting, sales operations, or client service.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Proven ability to prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and business updates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other business productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable work approach with confidence to work independently and across teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
