Clinic Manager - Qambar Shahdakot, Sindh

Normeca International AS is leading an innovative healthcare initiative in Pakistan through the “Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital” project, in partnership with the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and the Government of Pakistan. This project deploys advanced mobile clinics housed in fully equipped trailers to deliver essential healthcare services directly to communities in the KPK and Sindh regions. These mobile units offer a wide range of general diagnostic services and minor surgical procedures, supported by comprehensive facilities such as kitchens, laundry, dining areas, and conference rooms. The project aims to improve healthcare accessibility and provide high-quality care to underserved rural populations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective healthcare service delivery.
- Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Implement and monitor policies to enhance clinic operations and patient care quality.
- Monitor and manage clinic budgets to maintain financial sustainability.
- Coordinate with medical personnel to ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of clinic activities, patient care, and staff performance.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient outcomes.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among healthcare team members.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and staff.
- Liaise with local authorities to support clinic operations and community engagement.
- Conduct timely surveys of upcoming mobile medical unit locations and monitor patient flow to facilitate smooth relocations.
- Oversee the setup and dismantling of mobile medical units at various sites.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar healthcare management role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in non-standard conditions in rural areas.
