Clinical Psychologist

MindCare Wellness Centre, located in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team. This role is commission-based and appointment-driven, offering flexible working hours primarily between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical psychology, with a mandatory specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This position involves conducting face-to-face and online therapy sessions, requiring a professional committed to long-term collaboration and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions, including individual, couple, and family counseling.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards.
- Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to clients as needed.
- Be available for on-call duties during committed working hours to accommodate client appointments.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MS) in Clinical or Applied Psychology or an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP). Bachelor’s degrees will not be considered.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience providing face-to-face clinical services is mandatory.
- Certification and practical experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are required.
- Residency in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, is preferred to facilitate timely travel to the clinic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to commit to long-term work with the clinic and openness to ongoing professional development and training.
