Facial Manicurist Pedicurist

Clippers Saloon is seeking a skilled Facial Manicurist Pedicurist who specializes in delivering high-quality skincare and nail care services to clients. This role demands a professional who can expertly perform facial treatments including skin analysis, deep cleansing, extractions, application of customized skincare products, and soothing masks tailored to individual skin types. Additionally, the candidate is responsible for providing exceptional manicure and pedicure services by cleaning, trimming, shaping nails, pushing back or treating cuticles, and applying regular or gel polish. This position requires a thorough understanding of skin and hand/foot care techniques to exfoliate, soften calluses, and offer relaxing massages that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate must prioritize sanitation and safety by sterilizing metal tools, disinfecting basins and workstations, and strictly adhering to hygiene protocols. Strong client consultation skills are essential for assessing beauty goals, recommending appropriate home care products, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. This role is designed for an individual with at least two years of relevant experience and a passion for delivering personalized beauty services without managing a team.Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and tailor facial treatments according to individual skin types and conditions.
Perform deep cleansing, extractions, and apply facial masks and customized skincare products to improve skin health and appearance.
Clean, trim, and shape fingernails and toenails with precision, ensuring a high standard of nail care.
Push back, treat, and maintain healthy cuticles to promote nail health and improve appearance.
Apply regular or gel polish professionally, ensuring neat and long-lasting results.
Exfoliate rough skin areas and soften calluses on feet and hands using specialized techniques and products.
Deliver relaxing and effective hand and foot massages that enhance the client experience and promote circulation.
Maintain rigorous sanitation and safety standards by sterilizing metal tools, disinfecting basins and workstations, and managing waste according to health regulations.
Consult with clients on their individual beauty goals, providing expert advice and recommending home care products that support ongoing skincare and nail maintenance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and client retention.
Manage time efficiently to accommodate client schedules while ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail.
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products related to facial treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
Maintain an organized and clean workstation to provide a professional and welcoming environment.
